Athar & Co. is working in the clearance of airlines aircraft  parts, ground handling equipment and other items to be used inside and outside of airport areas. Our  other services of Airlines sector includes establishment of Private Bonded warehouse for the storage/consumption of both aircraft spares and catering material/equipment. Now by the grace of Allah we are the authorized agent for almost 27 National and International Airlines.

Jinnah Terminal, JIAP, Karachi.

The Jinnah Terminal was completed in 1992 at a cost of US $100 million – at the time the most expensive civil construction project in Pakistan. NESPAK (National Engineering Services Pakistan) and Airconsult (Frankfurt, Germany) were responsible for the architecture and planning of the terminal. Sogea Construction, a French company, was the contractor. Mukhtar Husain (NESPAK) was the Chief Architect for the new terminal. And not other than M/s Athar & Co. were the authorized clearing agent for this project.

Hub Power

The Hub power station is the first and largest power station to be financed by the private sector in Southern Asia and one of the largest private power projects in the newly industrialized world. The project has been finalized in 1995 and constructed in 1997. M/s Athar & Co. was the authorized clearing agent of this project.

Liberty Power

M/s Ansaldo Energia spa, Italy, are the Engineering Company to construct the 225MW Liberty Power Plant. We, Athar and co. are the clearing agent for the entire project.

Caterpillar SARL

Now a day we are working with M/s Allied Engineering Services (Pvt.) Ltd, Authorized Sales and service agent for Caterpillar SARL, Switzerland.

Pharmaceuticals

We are also working with pharmaceutical industry. Currently we are offering our services to M/s Barrett Hodgson Pakistan (Private) Limited, Glaxo Smithkline Pakistan, M/s Pharmako Pakistan.
